Terms of service

Your account

• You need an account to use ProTracs. Keep your sign-in details safe; you’re responsible for activity on your account, including through AI apps you connect.
• You must be at least 16 and able to agree to these terms for yourself or your business.

Your content

• What you put into ProTracs — projects, customer details, photos, notes and so on — stays yours. You give us permission to store and process it only to run ProTracs for you, including showing it in AI apps you connect and on links you share.
• You’re responsible for having the right to enter your customers’ information and to share it with them through ProTracs links.

AI features

• When you use ProTracs through an AI app, that app decides what to ask ProTracs to do based on what you tell it. AI can misunderstand or make mistakes — review estimates, reports and anything you send to customers before relying on it.
• Your use of the AI app itself is governed by its provider’s terms.

Plans and billing

• Your first project is free. Starting more projects requires a paid plan, shown with its price at pro-tracs.com/subscribe before you buy.
• Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period until cancelled. You can cancel any time from Settings; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. One-time passes end on their stated date.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Refunds are handled case by case and as required by law — contact us.
• If a plan ends, you can still view your records; changes need an active plan (or your free project).

Acceptable use

Don’t use ProTracs to break the law, to send spam or misleading bills, to access other people’s accounts, or to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service.

Other services

ProTracs works with services we don’t control (AI apps, Stripe, Business Manager and others). Their terms apply to your use of them, and we aren’t responsible for them.

Ending your use

You can stop using ProTracs and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and we’ll tell you why where we can.

Disclaimers and liability

ProTracs is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we don’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that can’t be limited.
