Run your contracting business by talking to the AI app you already use. Tell Claude or ChatGPT what happened on the job; ProTracs keeps the record, and your customers see a clean, professional page.

Claude (web, desktop and mobile)

  1. Open Settings → Connectors and find ProTracs, or choose Add custom connector and paste the address above.
  2. Click Connect, sign in to ProTracs (or create a free account), and approve.
  3. Start a new chat and say “show me my dashboard” or “start a project for the Garcia bathroom”.

ChatGPT

Find ProTracs in the ChatGPT apps directory, or add it with the address above where your ChatGPT plan allows custom connectors. Sign in and approve the same way.

Other AI apps

Any app that supports remote MCP servers with OAuth can connect using the address above.

What the connector can do

Read tools only look. Write tools add or change your records; your AI app may ask you to approve them, and you can set each tool to always allow in the app’s connector settings.

What it can’t do

  • Delete anything — deleting happens on the website.
  • Message or email your customers — it gives you links to send yourself.
  • Take payments or see card details.
  • See your chat history. It only receives what your AI app sends to a tool.

Pricing

Your first project is free, start to finish — every feature, on the website and through your AI. Starting a second project needs a plan, which you choose and pay for on pro-tracs.com. Everything you built stays yours either way.

Privacy and security

  • Sign-in uses OAuth; ProTracs never sees your AI account password, and your AI app never sees your ProTracs password.
  • Each connection only reaches your own account’s data.
  • Disconnect any AI app at any time in ProTracs Settings → AI Connector.

Troubleshooting

  • New tools not showing up? Start a new chat, or disconnect and reconnect ProTracs.
  • “Plan needed”: your free project is in use; pick a plan at pro-tracs.com, then say “continue”.
  • Upload links last 48 hours; ask your AI for a fresh one.
